Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to subscriptions to Switchboard, a desktop app for macOS and Windows published by Atharvix Technology Private Limited ("Atharvix", "we", "us").

Free trial

New accounts get a 7-day free trial, so you can try Switchboard before you pay.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from Manage billing in the app. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, then ends. You can undo the cancellation before then.

Refunds on your first payment

If you're not happy, we refund your first payment in full when you ask within 7 days of that payment.

Renewals and part-months

Renewal payments aren't refundable, and we don't refund unused time in a billing period. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid the next charge.

Adding a seat

An added seat is charged immediately, prorated for the rest of the current period. If you added a seat by mistake, we refund that charge when you ask within 7 days of it.

Removing a seat

A removed seat stays until your next billing date. There's no refund or credit for the rest of the period.

Billing errors

We always refund duplicate charges or wrong amounts. Contact us within 30 days of the charge.

How to ask

Email our support address (see Contact), or reply to the receipt email from Dodo Payments. Include the email address on your account and the date of the charge. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and usually arrive within 3–15 business days, depending on your bank.

Who handles payments

Our online reseller and merchant of record is Dodo Payments, which also handles order-related inquiries and returns. Charges appear on your statement starting with DODOPAY.
